Clean Science invests INR 500m in subsidiary

Clean Science and Technology Limited (CSTL) has announced a further investment of INR 500,000,003.58 in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Clean Fino-Chem Limited (CFCL). CSTL subscribed to an additional 836,121 equity shares of CFCL, each with a face value of INR 10 and a premium of INR 588. This subscription was made through a rights issue. The newly acquired shares will rank equally with existing equity shares. The capital will primarily fund CFCL's projects. As of the announcement date of April 22, 2025, CFCL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSTL, incorporated on March 22, 2022.
