Ujaas Energy announces bonus issue, risk management changes

Ujaas Energy (BSE: UEL) announced a bonus issue of equity shares, alongside updates to its risk management framework following a board meeting on April 19, 2025. The board approved a bonus issue in the ratio of 17 new equity shares for every 25 existing shares, available to all public shareholders, excluding promoters and promoter groups. This decision is pending shareholder approval at an upcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM).
