Supreme Industries board meeting set to approve financial results

Supreme Industries [BSE: SUPREMEIND] announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, April 24, 2025, to review and potentially approve the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The meeting will also address the recommendation of a dividend on equity shares, if any. The company also noted that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will open after 48 hours of declaration of the aforementioned financial results. The declaration of Audited Financial Results is scheduled for Thursday, the 24th April, 2025. This announcement is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
