Mazagon Dock appoints Capt (Retd) Jagmohan as CMD

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders (BSE: MAZDOCK) announced the appointment of Capt (IN Retd) Jagmohan as Chairman & Managing Director, effective April 21, 2025. This follows orders from the Ministry of Defence. Capt (IN Retd) Jagmohan will hold the position until his superannuation on September 30, 2029, or until further notice. Consequently, Shri. Biju George, Director (Shipbuilding), has ceased to hold the additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director. Capt (IN Retd) Jagmohan brings over 25 years of experience in the Indian Navy, with prior roles including Director at Goa Shipyard Ltd and Chief General Manager (Design) at Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd.
