** ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited (BSE: ICICIGI) has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, revealing a surge in profit. The company’s Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of INR 7.00 per equity share. GDPI of the Company was at INR 268.33 billion in FY2025, marking an 8.3% increase. The combined ratio stood at 102.8% for FY2025. Profit before tax (PBT) grew by 30.0% to INR 33.21 billion in FY2025. Profit after tax (PAT) increased by 30.7% to INR 25.08 billion. The return on average equity (ROAE) was at 19.1%.
