FSN E-Commerce Ventures allots 17,010 equity shares

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited (BSE:NYKAA) has announced the allotment of 17,010 equity shares, as decided by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on April 20, 2025. According to the company's statement, these shares are being issued under the Employee Stock Option Schemes, representing the vesting of employee stock options. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with the existing equity shares of the company. The company has submitted the intimation in compliance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
