DCM Shriram to shift registered office to Haryana

DCM Shriram (BSE:DCMSHRIRAM) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the shifting of the company's registered office from Delhi to the State of Haryana. The decision, formalized through a resolution passed by circulation on April 21, 2025, also entails consequential alterations to the Registered Office clause within the Memorandum of Association. The shift is subject to the approval of the company's members and other necessary regulatory approvals. The company has formally notified the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange about the change, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
