Brigade Enterprises enters plotted development with new JDA

Brigade Enterprises (BSE: BRIGADE) announced today that it has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for its first plotted development project, located in Malur, East Bengaluru. The project spans approximately 20 acres and is projected to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of INR 175 crores and a total development potential of 0.45 million square feet. Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, stated that the development aligns with the company's vision to create well-planned communities with a focus on quality and innovation, while also contributing to the region's growth.
