Anant Raj announces final dividend and audited financial results

Anant Raj Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, alongside a recommendation for a final dividend. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 21, 2025, approved a final dividend of INR 0.73 per equity share (face value of INR 2), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved, will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of declaration.
