Tata Motors board meeting to approve financial results

Tata Motors (BSE:TATAMOTORS) announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 13, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The board will also deliberate on recommending a dividend to shareholders for approval at the upcoming 80th Annual General Meeting. In compliance with SEBI's regulations regarding insider trading, the company has kept its 'Trading Window' closed for designated persons since March 25, 2025, and it will remain closed until 48 hours after the publication of the audited results. Following the announcement of the financial results to the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., Tata Motors will host an analyst/investor call, which will also be available on the company's website.
