Page Industries CFO resigns, dividend and board meeting announced

Page Industries (BSE:PAGEIND) announced the resignation of RaviKumar P, its Chief People Officer, effective April 16, 2025. Mr. RaviKumar's departure comes as he pursues another opportunity outside the organization. The company has accepted his resignation.
