Mazagon Dock appoints Capt Jagmohan as CMD

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders (BSE: MAZDOCK) announced the appointment of Capt Jagmohan (IN Retd) as the new Chairman and Managing Director. The appointment, effective from the date of Capt Jagmohan assumes charge, comes via a Ministry of Defence letter dated April 18, 2025. Capt Jagmohan will hold the position until his superannuation on September 30, 2029, or until further notice. The company will disclose further details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, including Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/POD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, after Capt Jagmohan assumes his responsibilities.
