Dr. Lal Pathlabs to consider final dividend on April 25

Dr. Lal Pathlabs (BSE: LALPATHLAB) announced that a board meeting is scheduled for April 25, 2025, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The company will also consider recommending a final dividend on equity shares, if any. In line with regulations concerning insider trading, the trading window for company securities is currently closed and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
