Bharti Hexacom announces office shift, personnel changes

Bharti Hexacom has announced a shift of its registered office from its current location to Airtel Center, Plot No. 16, Udyog Vihar, Phase IV, Gurugram. Effective April 18, 2025, Amit Chaturvedi has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also designated as Key Managerial Personnel. In related personnel changes, Vinod Bhattar is appointed as Circle Head – Commercial, NESA, replacing Deepesh Sirohia, who has ceased to be Senior Management Personnel. Amit Chaturvedi will also assume the role of Senior Management Personnel. The company's board meeting, held on April 18, 2025, began at 1600 Hrs and concluded at 1620 Hrs, approving these key decisions.
