Waterbase submits structured digital database compliance certificate

Waterbase (BSE:WATERBASE) has submitted its Structured Digital Database Compliance Certificate to the BSE, fulfilling the requirements of Regulations 3(5) and 3(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. In a statement released on April 16, 2025, Compliance Officer R Sureshkumar confirmed that the company has a compliant Structured Digital Database in place, with controls on access, proper capture of unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI), data integrity, and maintenance of records for eight years. The company reported that it was required to capture 1 event during the reporting period and that this event was successfully captured within the database.
