UltraTech Cement allots shares under employee stock option scheme

UltraTech Cement (BSE:ULTRACEMCO) has announced the allotment of 1,761 equity shares to option grantees under its Employee Stock Option Scheme. The shares, with a face value of INR10 each, were allotted following the exercise of stock options. The company has stated that the allotment has increased its equity share capital to 29,46,79,171 shares, aggregating to INR2,94,67,91,710.
