Reliance Global Project Services to dissolve in mid-July

Reliance Industries announced the dissolution of its step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Reliance Global Project Services Pte. Ltd. (RGPSPL), based in Singapore. The dissolution follows the commencement of member's voluntary liquidation. Necessary documentation has been filed with Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority. As of March 31, 2024, RGPSPL's turnover was INR3.48 crore and net worth was INR1.11 crore. The contribution to Reliance Industries' consolidated turnover for FY2023-24 was 0.0004%, and its contribution to the consolidated net worth was 0.0001%. The dissolution is expected to be effective mid-July, 2025, in accordance with Singapore law.
