Power Finance Corporation appoints three independent directors

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) [BSE: PFC] announced the appointment of three non-official independent directors to its board, effective April 17, 2025. These appointments, authorized by the Ministry of Power and pursuant to the company's Articles of Association, include the re-appointment of Ms. Usha Sajeev Nair, and the appointment of Mr. Prasanna Tantri and Mr. Naresh Dhanrajbhai Kella. Ms. Nair, a female entrepreneur, will serve a one-year term or until further notice. Mr. Tantri, an Associate Professor at the Indian School of Business, and Mr. Kella, a Chartered Accountant, will also serve for one year. PFC has confirmed that the newly appointed directors are not debarred from holding their positions by SEBI.
