Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 27,240 equity shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank (BSE:KOTAKBANK) announced today the allotment of 27,240 equity shares, each with a face value of INR5, pursuant to the exercise of employee stock options under the Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2015. The allotment breaks down into two tranches: 2,210 shares from the 2015/39 (2nd Tranche) series and 25,030 shares from the 2015/41 (1st Tranche) series. This decision was made by the bank's ESOP Allotment Committee. The bank has requested the stock exchanges to take the allotment on record and disseminate the same on their website.
