Indosolar announces extra ordinary general meeting on May 9, 2025

INDOSOLAR [BSE:INDOSOLAR] has announced that its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) No. 01/2025-26, post CIRP, will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025. In compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars, the meeting will be conducted via video conferencing and other audio-visual means (VC/OAVM) without the physical presence of members. The deemed venue for the meeting is the Office of Waaree Energies Limited in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The company has set a cut-off date of Friday, May 2, 2025, to determine member eligibility for remote e-voting, with the e-voting period beginning on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. and ending on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 05:00 P.M. The remote e-voting system will be provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
