ICICI Bank sells entire stake in Fiserv Merchant Solutions

ICICI Bank (BSE:ICICIBANK) announced today the completion of the sale of its entire 19% equity shareholding in Fiserv Merchant Solutions Private Limited (IMSPL), formerly known as ICICI Merchant Services Private Limited, to First Data Holding I (Netherlands) B.V. and First Data (India) Private Limited. This transaction, initially disclosed on December 13, 2024, and further updated on March 29, 2025, involved a share purchase agreement (“SPA”) with the aforementioned entities. Consequent to this sale, IMSPL has ceased to be an associate of ICICI Bank, effective April 17, 2025.
