Sudhir Jalan resigns from JK Cement board

JK Cement (BSE: JKCEMENT) announced today that Sudhir Jalan has resigned from the company's Board of Directors, effective April 16, 2025. Jalan, who served as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, stepped down upon reaching 80 years of age and reducing his travel commitments.
