REC Limited appoints Vinita Narera as CVO

REC Limited (BSE: 532955) has announced a change in senior management, appointing Ms. Vinita Narera as its Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), effective April 16, 2025. This follows the cessation of Ms. Rashmita Jha from the same position. Ms. Narera, an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer from the 2000 batch, will serve an initial term of three years, or until further orders. She holds a B.Tech in Electronics from NIT Raipur, a PGDM in Financial Management from IMT Ghaziabad, and an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Public Policy from IIT Madras. The announcement was made in accordance with SEBI regulations regarding senior management changes.
