Prestige Estates Projects reports strong Q4 sales growth

Prestige Estates Projects Limited (BSE: PRESTIGE) announced strong operational performance for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. New sales for the quarter reached INR 69,574 million, a 48% increase year-over-year. Sales volume increased 9% YoY to 4.49 million square feet, with 2,301 units sold. The average realization for apartments, villas, and commercial properties climbed to INR 15,524 per square foot. For FY25, total sales reached INR 170,231 million and sales volume totaled 12.58 million square feet with 5,919 units sold. Project completions for the year amounted to 3.04 million square feet. The company launched 26.28 million square feet during the year with a GDV of INR 262,228 million. The company's malls also recorded a Gross Turnover (GTO) of INR 22,640 million during FY25. The company noted that it is optimistic about its growth prospects as it expands into newer markets.
