KIOCL re-appoints Changdev Kamble as non-official independent director

KIOCL (BSE: KIOCL) announced the re-appointment of Shri. Changdev Sukhadev Kamble as a Non-Official Independent Director on its Board, effective from the date of notification. The decision, made by the Ministry of Steel, is per Order No. 1/1/2025-BLA dated April 15, 2025. Shri. Kamble's term will last for one year from the notification date, or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier. Shri. Kamble is a M.A., M.Phil, and Ph.D. holder in Marathi and has over 30 years of teaching experience. The company confirms that no SEBI order or any other authority has barred Shri. Kamble from holding a director's office.
