ICICI Prudential MF exceeds 5% stake in Gland Pharma

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund) has disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in Gland Pharma Ltd. (BSE:GLAND), an entity listed on the Stock Exchange. On April 11, 2025, the schemes managed by the Fund acquired 400,020 shares of Gland Pharma. As a result, the Fund's total shareholding has exceeded 5% of the company's paid-up capital, reaching 8,371,114 shares or 5.08% of total shares. The acquisition, made from an investment perspective, does not aim to seek any controlling interest in Gland Pharma. The equity share capital of Gland Pharma after this transaction remains at INR16,47,56,423 consisting of 16,47,56,423 shares of face value INR1 each. This disclosure is in compliance with Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
