Coforge completes acquisition of TMLabs Pty Ltd

Coforge announced the completion of its acquisition of TMLabs Pty Ltd on April 16, 2025. The acquisition, executed through Coforge Technologies Australia Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, involved the purchase of all outstanding shares of TMLabs.
