Tejas Networks announces HR leadership change; appoints new officer

Tejas Networks [BSE:TEJASNET] announced a change in its senior management personnel, as Mr. Abhijat Mitra, Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Management Personnel, has resigned from his position to pursue external opportunities. His resignation is effective April 25, 2025. Simultaneously, the company announced the appointment of Ms. Asha Ranjan Mathews as the new Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Management Personnel, effective April 26, 2025. Ms. Mathews brings over 27 years of experience to the role, with a significant tenure at Tata Consultancy Services Limited. These changes are disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
