Tata Power Renewable Energy secures 200 MW NTPC project

Tata Power Company (BSE: 500400) announced today that its subsidiary, Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), has secured a 200 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy project from NTPC Limited. The agreement involves TPREL signing a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NTPC Ltd. The project aims to provide assured power supply based on the buying entity's scheduling needs. The capital commitment for the project is approximately INR4,500 crore, with an associated time period of 24 months. This disclosure is made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
