Siemens Energy India restructuring complete, no longer wholly-owned

Siemens Limited has completed its Scheme of Arrangement involving Siemens Energy India Limited (SEIL), marking a significant shift in the company's structure. Effective April 14, 2025, SEIL is no longer a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siemens Limited. This follows the allotment of 35,61,20,505 equity shares by SEIL to Siemens Limited shareholders, as of the Record Date, April 7, 2025, priced at INR 2 each.
