Sasken Technologies completes Borqs Technologies acquisition

Sasken Technologies (BSE: SASKEN) has announced the completion of its acquisition of BORQS International Holding Corp. The acquisition, first announced in November 2024, aims to bolster Sasken's product engineering and digital transformation services within the IoT and 5G sectors. Sasken expects the integration of Borqs' expertise in embedded software and wireless product solutions to enhance its 60x4x3 strategy, driving growth and innovation. Hareesh Ramanna, a founder of Borqs Technologies, will join Sasken's leadership team to facilitate the integration.
