Prestige Estates launches residential projects, incorporates new hospitality subsidiary

Prestige Estates Projects announced the launch of residential projects covering 14 million square feet across key markets in the fourth quarter, with an aggregate Gross Development Value (GDV) of INR 161,338 million. These launches include projects in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Simultaneously, the company has incorporated Prestige Vaishnaoi Hospitality Private Limited as a subsidiary on April 11, 2025, with an authorized capital of INR 1,800,000 and a paid-up capital of INR 1,620,000. Prestige Estates has subscribed to 82,620 equity shares, representing 51% ownership, for INR 8,26,200. The new subsidiary aims to develop hospitality projects, with an initial focus on a project in Hyderabad. These strategic moves signal Prestige Estates' commitment to growth in both residential and hospitality sectors.
