Polycab board to consider financial results, dividend

Polycab India Limited [BSE:POLYCAB] has announced a board meeting scheduled for May 6, 2025, to review and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board will also consider recommending a dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The company has also informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from April 1, 2025, and will continue to be closed up to 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting.
