Metro Brands revises Rajgopal Nayak's exit date

Metro Brands Limited (BSE: 543426) has announced a revision to the exit date of its Chief Technology Officer, Rajgopal Nayak. According to an exchange filing dated April 14, 2025, the last day of Mr. Nayak's employment has been revised and will be April 14, 2025. The decision was reached by mutual consent between the company and Mr. Nayak. Metro Brands stated that there are no other material reasons for the resignation besides personal reasons. This announcement follows an earlier intimation on April 10, 2025, regarding the change in senior management personnel and complies with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
