Macrotech Developers (LODHA) resolves dispute with HoABL

Macrotech Developers Limited (BSE: 543287), announced that the company, along with its promoters, has reached a resolution with the House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) group and its promoters regarding Commercial IP Suit No. 197 of 2025. The Lodha brothers, Abhishek Lodha and Abhinandan Lodha, have amicably resolved all outstanding disputes under the guidance of their parents and with the assistance of mediators Hon'ble Justice R.V. Raveendran (Retd.) and Hon'ble Justice Arif Doctor.
