Macrotech Developers achieves best ever quarter pre-sales in Q4FY25

Macrotech Developers announced its key operational updates for Q4FY25, highlighting a record quarter for pre-sales. The company achieved pre-sales of INR 48.1bn, a 14% year-over-year increase, contributing to a total of INR 176.3bn in pre-sales for FY25, up 21% YoY and surpassing the company's guidance. Collections for the quarter stood at INR 44.4bn, reflecting a 26% YoY growth, while FY25 collections reached INR 144.9bn, showing a 29% increase.
