Info Edge sets May 7 record date for stock split

Info Edge (India) Limited (BSE:NAUKRI) has announced the fixation of May 7, 2025, as the record date for its stock split. This decision, following member approval on April 11, 2025, will see each equity share sub-divided into five shares. The existing equity shares, having a face value of INR10 each, will be split into five shares with a face value of INR2 each, fully paid up, and ranking pari-passu.
