ICICI Bank allots 470,764 equity shares under ESOP

ICICI Bank (BSE:ICICIBANK) has allotted 470,764 equity shares, each with a face value of INR2, under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme-2000. The allotment, which took place on April 7, 2025, was approved by two Executive Directors at 3:46 p.m. during a meeting held on October 21, 2023.
