Honeywell Automation board meeting set for May 13th

Honeywell Automation India Limited (BSE: HONAUT) has announced a board meeting scheduled for May 13, 2025, to approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025. The board will also consider recommending a dividend for the financial year, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. To prevent insider trading, the company has closed its trading window for designated persons from April 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the financial results are made public, expected by May 15, 2025.
