Heubach Colorants appoints four additional directors

Heubach Colorants India announced the appointment of Rajesh Balkrishna Rathi as Non-executive Director, and Amitabha Mukhopadhyay, Naresh T. Raisinghani, and Anu Arun Wakhlu as Independent Directors to its board. The appointments, effective April 14, 2025, are subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Mr. Rathi, previously associated with Sudarshan Chemical Industries, brings extensive experience in the pigment division. Mr. Mukhopadhyay, a seasoned finance professional, has held leadership roles in Tata Group and Thermax. Mr. Raisinghani, CEO and Executive Director of BMGI India, is recognized for his expertise in operational excellence, and strategy. Mrs. Wakhlu brings extensive experience in developing coaches, facilitators, & leadership development across industry segments.
