Delta Corp board meeting scheduled for April 22, 2025

Delta Corp (BSE:DELTACORP) has announced a board meeting scheduled for April 22, 2025, to review and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The board will also consider recommending a dividend, if any. The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) of the upcoming meeting. Delta Corp also stated that the trading window remains closed until 48 hours after the financial results are communicated to the stock exchanges, in accordance with prior notice dated March 27, 2025.
