Ahluwalia Contracts secures project worth INR 3.96bn

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited (BSE:AHLUCONT) announced today that it has secured a significant order from Godrej Properties Ltd. The project, valued at INR 396.50 Crores (excluding GST), involves core and shell works for the sub and super structure of all towers, including associated facilities, at Godrej Riverine in Sector-44, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The project is domestic and is expected to be completed within 25 months. Ahluwalia Contracts confirmed that neither the promoter nor any group companies have any interest in Godrej Properties. The company also stated that the order doesn't fall under related party transactions. This award strengthens Ahluwalia Contracts' position in the construction sector.
