Affle (India) rebrands as Affle 3i Limited

Affle (India) Limited has announced that it has officially rebranded itself as Affle 3i Limited, effective April 11, 2025. The name change was approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Consequent to the name change, the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) of the company stand altered with immediate effect. Specifically, the existing name clause in the MOA has been replaced, and references to "Affle (India) Limited" in the AOA have been updated to "Affle 3i Limited."
