Indosolar board to approve audited financials on April 17

Indosolar Limited (BSE: INDOSOLAR) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on April 17, 2025, to review and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025. The meeting will also address the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as of the same date, as well as the Cash Flow Statements for the year. The Board will also review the Auditor's report.
