UCO Bank appoints non-official directors to its board

UCO Bank [BSE: 532505] announced the re-nomination of Shri Ravi Kumar Agrawal and Shri Anjan Talukdar as part-time Non-Official Directors to its Board, effective April 11, 2025. This decision by the Central Government, under notification nos. eF.No.6/1(ix)/2024-BO.I and eF.No.6/1(x)/2024-BO.I, is for a one-year term or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The appointments are made in accordance with the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970. The bank has confirmed that the newly appointed directors are not related to any existing directors nor debarred by SEBI or any regulatory authority.
