Piramal Enterprises files scheme application with NCLT Mumbai

Piramal Enterprises (BSE: 500302) announced today that it has filed a Company Application with the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, on April 10, 2025, related to the composite scheme of arrangement amongst Piramal Enterprises Limited, Piramal Finance Limited (formerly known as Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited) and their respective shareholders and creditors. This filing follows receipt of no-objection approvals from BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and Reserve Bank of India, concerning the scheme. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
