Maruti Suzuki board to approve financial results April 25

Maruti Suzuki India Limited (BSE:MARUTI) has announced a board meeting scheduled for April 25, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The board will also consider recommending a dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2024-25. This announcement was made to the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange, fulfilling regulatory requirements under SEBI guidelines.
