Central Bank of India re-nominates Pradip Pranlal Khimani as director

Central Bank of India (BSE: CENTRALBK) has re-nominated Shri Pradip Pranlal Khimani as a Part-time Non-Official Director on its Board. The decision, made by the Central Government, is effective from April 11, 2025, for a period of one year or until further orders. Shri Khimani, aged 66, holds a Masters in Commerce and has served as a Director of the Bank from December 21, 2021, to December 20, 2024. The company confirms that Shri Khimani is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI orders.
