Anand Rathi Wealth announces strong FY25 results, final dividend

Anand Rathi Wealth Limited (BSE:ANANDRATHI) has released its audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, showcasing robust growth compared to the previous year. The company reported total revenue from operations of INR9390.95 million for FY25, a 30% increase YoY. Profit after tax also saw substantial growth, rising 33% to INR3007.89 million. As a result of these earnings, the Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of INR7 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
