360 ONE WAM to consider dividend, results, debt issue

360 ONE WAM Limited (BSE: 360ONE) announced its Board of Directors will meet on April 23, 2025, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited/audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. In addition to results, the board will consider declaring a first interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 to equity shareholders. The board will also discuss and potentially approve raising funds through the issuance of non-convertible debt securities, up to INR250 Crores, via private placement in one or more tranches. 360 ONE WAM will host an earnings call on the same day at 5:30 p.m. (IST) to discuss the company’s performance. The executive leadership will participate in the earnings call, including Karan Bhagat (Founder, MD & CEO), Anshuman Maheshwary (Chief Operating Officer), and Sanjay Wadhwa (Chief Financial Officer).
